submitted by Leia V. - |Recommended: YesQuite happy, despite all the challenges of an older house — Right from the initial showing, the Property and Maintenance staff have been super helpful and responsive. The painter in particular was meticulous and did an amazing job on touchups. The apartment is really lovely, and while it has the typical challenges of older houses quirky outlets, old windows the price is fair, location excellent, and I am quite satisfied with it so far.
