submitted by Eric M. - |Recommended: YesGreat property but why am I paying a fee just to pay rent — I love living here and all of my interactions with anyone affiliated with Palisade have been outstanding. My only complaint is the fact that I have to pay a fee just to pay rent online. I find this to be a needless cost and a way for Palisade to make a quick buck off of its renters. In 2021 everything is done online. A large portion of my generation do not own checkbooks and to expect us to bring a check in person to the office during a public health crisis is a bit absurd.
