submitted by Majed A. - |Recommended: YesBest apartments — I have lived in many apartments, but the waterfront is my favorite. This is my fifth year and I am liking it. Bigger rooms than the Hub with the same typical prices. The view is stunning from the balcony here at 140 Iota My only issue is the neighbors from upper apartments. Sometimes, they party without caring about others in the building but generally it rarely happens. I never hear the noise from the fraternities which is good. You might get annoyed by people who party on the terrace during holidays, but again, this is like once or twice a year so I am fine with it since it is during the day. And cleanness it is definitely the cleanest building you could live in. I never found spilled beer or people smoking weed. Planning to live here for like 5 more years.
